Successful human beings are very cautious about how they spend their time. No, be counted number how you slice it, we all have 24 hours in a day, so the key lies in learning to use our time wisely. Below are some methods you can dramatically prolong your productiveness utilizing more first-class use of your time.

1. MONITOR HOW YOU CURRENTLY USE YOUR TIME: If it appears like your day slips by way of all too quickly, strive to create a log of your day through daily activities. Once you see the place you are spending your time, you can turn out to be aware of and focal factor on the matters to do that furnish the biggest returns for you for my part and financially. Start your log by way of writing down what time you wake up, get ready, and commence work. Calculate how a remarkable deal time you spend on personal things to do such as email, smartphone calls, and customer work.

2. CALCULATE HOW MUCH YOUR TIME IS WORTH: Time is money. Knowing how lots your time is definitely certainly well worth can assist you to make greater selections as to whether or not or not you have to function a venture or outsource it. For instance, if your time is in reality worth $200 an hour, you are a long way higher off paying all of us $30 an hour to edit your newsletter. You can "bank" the specific $170 per hour by using way of spending your time on income making activities. Also, take the time to figure out how an exact deal time a day you prefer to spend on billable things to do to make your liked profit. I strive to spend 1.5 hours a day on money-making projects.

3. CREATE A DAILY SCHEDULE: Don't begin your day barring a to-do list. Make a list of responsibilities and categorize them into commercial enterprise establishing activities, patron activities, and personal items. Then ruin higher unmanageable initiatives into smaller "doable" chunks so they a whole lot much less intimidating and are less difficult to accomplish.

4. PRIORITIZE: Have greater to do than hours in the day? By prioritizing your tasks, you can also make certain that you are tackling the gadgets that matter quantity most. Create a computing device that works for you. One preferred way of prioritizing is to mark objects with A, B, and C.

Ask your self these key questions:

What objects MUST be completed today?
Which gadgets can be rescheduled?
What can be delegated?
Which duties most closely in shape my priorities and goals?
Which objects can be eliminated?

5. LEARN TO SAY NO: Are you such as one more object to your never-ending TO DO list? You are in manage of your time. Be sturdy and uphold your personal boundaries. Will it be profitable?
Does it invade your private time?
Does it contain doing some factor you enjoy?
Does it in the form in with your list of priorities and goals?

6. REMOVE DISTRACTIONS AND TIME SUCKS: Time sucks are lurking in all places like viruses. Think about which matters to do are consuming up your time. For me personally, these objects encompass email, social calls, and telemarketers. I "conquer" the email demon through shutting down my Outlook when I am working. When a household member calls at some stage in work time, I in a nicely mannered way ask if I can name them lower returned during the afternoon and remind them of my work hours. Caller ID valiantly saves me from the "would be" telemarketer time thieves. With one glance, I can swiftly differentiate telemarketers from vital shopper calls.

7. STICK TO THE PLAN: Try no longer to get sidetracked from your plan. One of my friends has a motto, "A lack of planning on your phase does now not signify an emergency for me". It's a clever one to continue to be by. Unless it is a proper emergency, or you are being paid "rush" time, you possibly do now not want to squeeze an ultimate minute request in today. Also, with the aid of the potential of assigning your self venture deadlines, you can hold on the pinnacle of duties and hold away from these dreaded final minute emergencies.

8. CHOOSE AN INSPIRING PLACE AND TIME: We are all "built" differently. Do the responsibilities which take your most "brain power" when you are at your prime. Are you a morning individual or do you work exceptional burning the nighttime oils? Create a final work haven that is clean, distraction-free, and inspiring. My place of job overlooks my flower outdoor and is suitable in the coronary coronary heart of family activity. As I seem to be to the right, our Angelfish "Spike" proudly parades at some stage in the fish tank. In front of me, Monet has a tremendous show of peach poppies in a field. Above me, Monet is painting a vivid portrait of his flower garden. In the living room, my son is softly singing the Spiderman theme to himself - music to my ears!

9. BUNDLE LIKE TASKS TOGETHER: As you work via your each day list, strive to chunk your obligations into like activities. By developing a separate "chunk" of time for answering email, invoicing, making return phone calls, you may additionally keep time and mental energy.
10. AVOID INTERRUPTIONS: Trying to do the equal component over and over as soon as more with interruptions can be maddening. Once you start a task, attempt to cease it to the end. If some issue comes up that you want to bear in idea or do, till it is urgent, certainly add it to your checklist and proceed on with your modern project.

11. BE ORGANIZED: When matters are tidy, it saves you time and frees you to focal point on the mission at hand. Digging with the aid of a pile of papers and discovering a squished Twinkie is no longer very conducive to the work experience. Follow your very personal organizational style. PHONE LISTS: For instance, I arrange my smartphone lists into organizations in accordance with how I use them: friends, family, doctors, my kid's playmates, etc. I additionally record human beings in my cellphone ebook that I talk to on a first title basis with the aid of skill of their first title alphabetically. For instance, I listed my mother beneath "M" and my brother under "T" for Troy. "D" has a list of all my doctors. This works for me, due to the reality it is how I think.

EMAILS: Another time-saving questioning is to coloration code your emails. In my non-public color scheme, I use one color for clients, one for newsletters, and every other for my co-workers. You can moreover crew your emails the usage of instructions and folders.

ONE CALENDAR MEETS ALL: Keeping song of work appointments, Brownie meetings, and committee conferences can be very difficult. My secret to keeping on the pinnacle of family and work appointments is to agenda them all on one calendar.

DAYTIMER SPECIAL SECTION: Create a one-of-a-kind vicinity of your Daytimer certainly for extraordinary interests, hobbies, or kids. My husband continues one with all his inventory info. I have an awesome infant location with phone numbers for Brownie leaders, playmates, doctors, faculty contacts, bus vary, and distinct items.

SUMMARY: Why wait for success when you can without a doubt agenda it! By gaining information about your time, you can accomplish a lot higher with a great deal less effort. What is Marketing? How Does Marketing Works?

What is Marketing? How Does Marketing Works?
Marketing

If you've ever wanted to know: What marketing is? How it works? and How it applies to your business?  then stick with me, because Today I'm going to be breaking down exactly what marketing is, how it all works and why it's such an important, if not the most important, element to business success. Let's get to it.

Alright, let's talk more about marketing. As I fell in love with marketing years ago when I first got interested in figuring out why people buy and act the way they do and later how to influence and persuade essentially affect human behavior. Because, whether you have a business or not Marketing happens pretty much every day. Any time you try to convince friends or family to see a certain movie or eat at this restaurant or not that or basically try to convince them to do anything, Marketing is happening. Also, marketing is really important to understand, because you are constantly being marketed to by everyone from everywhere. From something as simple as someone trying to sell you a pair of shoes to something a lot bigger, like buying a new house or moving across the country or even changing careers. All of this requires and uses marketing. So, with all that said, let's get into it.

But first, let's cover what marketing is not, so once we've got that clear, we can cover exactly what it is. Now, I know when I first got involved with marketing my understanding was pretty limited. I didn't really have a clear picture of exactly what marketing was so I also kind of fell prey to the notion that marketing was advertising. Well, in reality, marketing isn't advertising but advertising is marketing. Let me explain. Basically, marketing is a major business function that's made up of a bunch of other parts, one of which of course is advertising, but there's also a ton others like PR, market research, social media, content marketing, search engine marketing or search engine optimization, pricing, and pricing psychology, copywriting and one of my personal favorites, direct response or direct response marketing and quite a few more. So, saying that marketing is just advertising and kind of like saying that finance is just taxes or HR is just hiring people or legal is just not getting sued. Sure, these are all important but there just one piece of the entire puzzle. This is why if you're just getting started in marketing can seem pretty overwhelming which is why my suggestion is to find an area that you find interesting, fascinating, like say social media or content marketing, start there really get some roots and branch out later. Alright, so now that we've got that covered, what exactly is marketing?

. Well, as I've just covered, you know that marketing is made up of a bunch of different subsegments things like content marketing, email marketing and social media, all the things we talked about. But what exactly is the nature of marketing, which sounds like some kind of documentary "The Nature of Marketing" - on this week's episode of The Nature of Marketing - Well, one of the first things you learn in any first-year marketing the course is the four P´s of marketing: product, price, place, and promotion.

The product being the details around whatever product or service is being sold. Price being the price, kind of obvious, but there's obviously a lot more that goes into it than just that. The place is where the products being sold and promotion, we're just kind of fun stuff. This is essentially how you're gonna sell more of the product and what you're gonna do to get the word out about your service and while all of that is accurate and true and the four P´s do make up a part of marketing, well, I prefer a simpler easier to understand the definition. Marketing in its most basic sense is communicating value to your customers. It's essentially answering the question of your customers "Why should I care?" Marketing helps people solve their problems by clearly defining and delivering solutions and really explaining the benefits of the solution so they can get better results. Marketing is about connecting with people, understanding their pains and their problems, and their frustrations, making them feel understood so that you can position your business as the solution to their problems and essentially just make them feel better and marketing is a really powerful force. As anyone that's been in business for any length of time can tell you, it's not always the best product or service that wins, in fact, it rarely is, rather it's the product or service with the best marketing. Like it or not, that's just kind of how it works which is why having good marketing is just so important. So my favorite definition of marketing is that it's communicating value to your customers but there's another side entirely that's rarely talked about but still equally powerful and that's creating value for your customers.

You see, marketing can create value and your marketing in and of itself can be valuable. An example could be a blog post that helps someone out, even before any money has changed hands or an advertisement someone sees that brightens their day and makes them laugh whether they choose to buy or not or the way that a product or service is delivered, the packaging let's say which is so luxurious and over-the-top that it makes the customer feel special just for having purchased it. You see, economics assumes that people make buying decisions rationally, logically, and with perfect information but this is rarely, pretty much never the case. We as humans are emotional, often highly illogical, and rarely have the full set of facts when making any decision, which explains why marketing is so important and so powerful. After all, if we made all of our purchasing decisions based solely on logic and utility and the value we would get from these products, well, the entire luxury goods market wouldn't even exist but not all marketing is created equal. You see, when it comes to marketing like when it comes to pretty much anything, there's good marketing and there's bad marketing. Bad marketing is all of the reasons that marketing gets such a bad reputation. It's that hype, spammy, over-the-top sleazy sales icky kind of marketing that we all know we've all seen and nobody likes. It's the stuff that looks cheap, makes people feel dirty, even just looking at it, and promotes bad products or bad services that really helps nobody. It's the fake countdown timers you sometimes see on websites the going-out-of-business sales that never end and the pushy promotion of useless products. That's bad marketing. Good marketing, on the other hand, helps customers achieve their goals, makes them feel better about themselves, and has the power to truly change the world.

So my question to you is: What kind of marketer do you want to be?

What Are The Top Entrepreneur Skills [TOP REQUIRED] ?

"[Don’t] let anyone convince you that your dream, your vision to be an entrepreneur, is something that you shouldn’t do. What often happens is that well-meaning people, who really care for us, are afraid for us and talk us out of it." -Cathy Hughes, entrepreneur, radio and television personality, and business executive

Top  Entrepreneurship Skills

Okay, what skills do I need to be an entrepreneur? "An aspiring entrepreneur asked me during an event. I didn't have an immediate answer, but it got me thinking. What skills does an entrepreneur need to succeed? Or do they need some special skills to succeed?

We discuss all the time about the importance of ideality, recognition, product creation, hiring the right team and all, but we don't talk much about the skills that are necessary to run a successful business. I began going through conversations I had with thousands of entrepreneurs to understand what skills they had or lacked.

And slowly, I began to look at the skills that succeeded and those that failed, they lacked and noted them. I noted the skills that most successful entrepreneurs possessed, I am going to reveal it now. Trust me, if you are serious about being successful in your business venture and entrepreneurship, then you definitely need these skills. If you are missing one or two or something, you should start working on them or find a way to make up for them.

Lets began Below are the Skills:

1. Managing Money

Well, nothing could be more important than managing money, right? This skill is lacking by most of us, whether an entrepreneur or not. We are very poor at how we spend or know money. But if you want to become an entrepreneur and succeed in starting and developing your business, then you should be better at managing money.

 Money

This does not mean that you have to manage accounts or be proficient in accounting software, but you should know how much money you have, how much you spend, for the next month or month, or until you receive it. How long do you need cash flow and so on?

You need to know the details all the time so that you can plan things according to yourself.

2. Spotting Trend

The next common skill that I have seen successful entrepreneurs are good at watching their industry trends. They know their industry intimately to see the upcoming changes, how the market will respond to those changes, emerging businesses and technologies, and so on. And they are good at taking advantage of and responding to those trends.

Trends

When you are a startup in an early stage, this is an important skill. You have to be able to spot and move according to the trends, or you will become outdated as you bring your old product to market that has already been commissioned.

3. Hiring the Right People

Okay, you are as good as your team. You may have the most brilliant, most innovative and disruptive idea, which could possibly become a unicorn, but if it is not executed properly, it will make a buck.

Hiring

And to execute the idea, you need the right team. A right team is not one with the right skills, but also the right mindset, because startups are difficult and may not be the same every day.

Working on an idea that can either hit or bite the dust requires a different mindset. The team must believe in the work that they do and the product they create, and without trust, the effort required to succeed will be difficult.

Even if a single, non-believer can bring down the mentality, rubble, and company of the entire team. This is why it is important for success, hiring the right candidate, and the team is a skill and an art. Successful entrepreneurs work on it.

4. Training new work and management

I am going to put two skills into one, but I would advise you to consider both of these as personal skills. Although they are highly skilled, new hires come from different cultures, work environments, and mindsets. You need to do an onboard process that ensures that new travelers know what you do, why you do it, what their role is, what is expected of them and what is not, and so on.

And they point them in the right direction, influencing trust and raising the level of commitment from them. Then comes to handle them.

Skill Training

When I mention management, I'm not talking about setting deadlines, about those deadlines, and so on. This is not the way to grow any business. Work should be done on its own, and deadlines should be set and followed, even if you are not there. This is the type of team you need to commit to succeed.

And you can't do it as a micro-management or rules sticker. You can only do this by properly motivating and encouraging the team to take ownership and responsibility for the work they do.

For this to happen, you must become a a leader rather than a manager, and this is a skill that you need, and it can work wonders.

5. Ask for Sales

Of all the skills I mentioned, if there is one skill that can make or break your business, it is your ability to ask for sales, and where most entrepreneurs get stuck. A lot of entrepreneurs feel that it is wrong to ask for a sale, and they should focus on building a product that is good enough to sell on its own.

SALES

Unfortunately, this is a myth, and it does not happen. No matter how good your product is, no one is going to buy it unless you ask for the sale.

Furthermore, you will not sell it alone to your customers. As an entrepreneur, you must first sell your idea to friends and family, then to your team, then to your client, and finally to investors. You have to sell an idea or a feature or a hypothesis or an argument or product or reason and so on.

This is something that you are doing a lot, and it is the skill you must be good at. Entrepreneurs feel that they can hire a marketer or salesman to sell their product or service. Okay, you can, but they may not work as effectively as your product.

You know why you're making it, what it solves, and why your customers should care about it more than anyone else. The market and sales team may come later when the product is ready for a much larger audience. But in the initial stages, you should make a sale.

Because selling means not just selling the product alone, but facing questions and objections, answering them and gathering feedback in the firsthand. Information can do wonders for your product development.

Who else could be the right person beside you?

6. Persistence

Entrepreneurship is a rollercoaster ride, with lots of ups and downs, and is not a direct path to success. You can fail a lot before you see a small success. You may face rejection by prospects, potential rents, investors, and even family and friends. You may want to leave for a few moments as you may not see a reason to continue further.

Never stop

You will have test moments. The key is to survive them all. Your success is just around the corner, and each failure is a lesson that gets you closer to your goal. Most successful entrepreneurs encountered storms before seeing daylight. Remember, it takes years to build a successful business, sometimes even a decade.

Persistence is an important skill for success. And this concludes the list of your most important skills as an entrepreneur to succeed.

ROLE OF SOCIAL MEDIA IN MARKETING [6 IMPORTANT TIPS]

HOW SOCIAL MEDIA PLAY A ROLE IN YOUR MARKETING?[IMPORTANT TIPS]

Social Media

Social media has evolved into epic proportions. If you are not active on at least 2 social networking sites, it can be difficult to try to get the word out on what you are working on. One of the authors does not have enough time in the day with social media to promote his products and services. Don't leave your competitors behind with all the engagement!

Now, creating an effective social media strategy does not involve constantly throwing content at your readers. It is important to be polite and subtle, so it does not feel like you are promoting anything. Your marketing should be unique, and your updates should not be automated every time. The whole point of this marketing approach is to show your personality and human touch!

Here are some simple, effective ways to share and promote your content on social media:

1. Cover Photo Promotion: When you come to a social media page, the first thing is its cover photo. You may not think too much about it, but it resonates with your audience. It has aspects similar to a book cover or film trailer. Your value needs to be recognized immediately and your brand should be exposed in an attractive and impressive way. The design should be updated at regular intervals to preserve it exciting and fresh even while preserving your brand.

Facebook Cover Photo Business

2. Share Other Media: Images and videos have made their way to the top with social media. When a lot of information is shared daily, a paragraph or gambling note with emoticons can easily end. However, if the content you share comes with meaningful tips in bulleted list form, you will get more eyes to stop and read. Videos, photos, and infographics are also easy on the eyes. If you have the time and resources to make them, they can be an extremely profitable marketing step. Even sharing media is not created by your company is still a useful promotion as long as it is related to your brand. You need to work out either way.

Share other media

3. Reveal Your Milestones: You can learn a lot by paying attention to your social media sites. If you are unaware of how many followers or fans you gain each week or month, you are not doing enough. When you reach the milestone, you should broadcast that good news. Think of the way politics works, especially late. When you hear candidates receiving an impressive amount of voter support, this number keeps on sharing! It may be only a small announcement, but people listen and engage with what.

 Milestones

4. Ask for Feedback: It is no secret that listening to your fans and followers can help your marketing campaign. You need to pay attention to their interests and ask for feedback. While this is not a direct marketing approach, it is faster and easier than a survey and the results can be significantly more helpful. Every two weeks, ask your followers questions related to a product or your idea in the future. Their responses can provide a new direction for your platform. When you are unsure about your next move, this is a great opportunity to take note of input from your target market.

Feedback from customers

5. The reward for sharing your content: Asking your fans and followers to contribute to your content will add another layer of value to your business. You should not do everything yourself. You will always have people who are excited to participate and share your content! Give them a chance to come in the market for you (and this will not cost you a penny). If you spend time in this, you will have no problem rewarding them for their efforts. Think about your marketing strategy and how you will reward and thank the participants. Go here for some of our top ways to thank your readers.

 Always reward to all

6. Micro promotion in comments: The comments section is a great place for people to freely give their opinions on a topic. This is an excellent opportunity for you to give your opinion while throwing in subtle publicity. Hints on something you have worked on will clarify things on the topic of discussion (such as an article or product of yours). Don't be afraid to dig through the comments section! Sharing content with someone is an easy way for others to see and learn from the same content.

Check out some of our suggestions above and see how your results improve and how your audience responds. We are not asking you to do any heavy lifting! We are only suggesting useful strategies that have been successful with other marketers, are inexpensive, and can pack a powerful punch.

At the same time, they are inadvertently demonstrating what is possible with technology and erasing any doubt that the future of business is digital. Thus, digital marketing has never been more relevant and necessary for businesses of all sizes, to ensure that they can be found online by consumers.

I have now worked in digital marketing for over a decade, and during this time I have helped countless clients overcome a variety of challenges. However, the challenges posed by this crisis are nothing according to our experience. Brick-and-mortar stores have been forced to close their doors as social isolation and self-isolation took precedence over social trade and shopping practices. This reality has accelerated e-commerce transactions, and millions of people who were previously reluctant to buy goods or services on the Internet are now dipping their toes into digital commerce. As such, the consumer landscape will likely never happen again.

People are learning that it is not always necessary to shop in physical stores. In fact, a trend of getting everything on fingertips  is emerging, and almost anything is just a click away. This interruption is making companies realize that if they are not searchable on the web, they will have a hard time surfacing the modern consumer. We are entering an era in which the importance of online traffic is more important than foot traffic for most businesses.

B2B companies are now recognizing the power of digital and revisiting their business models. As an example, I have many clients who rely heavily on Expos for business development. However, social disturbances have stopped those industry conferences and increased the importance of doing business digitally. Now sales and marketing departments will need to learn to use digital technologies to create digital brochures, automate email marketing campaigns, and connect online through virtual meetings.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION YEAR

Traditional sales and marketing paradigms are already constantly changing over the past decade. But these developments have undoubtedly highlighted the weaknesses of many companies, and as I mentioned recently on podcasts, brands that were slow to develop can now see how important digital transformation is. The silver lining may be that this change is a very good thing for humanity. People can now visit their doctors and pharmacists from the comfort of their homes, through a virtual visit model, for medical needs that are not life-threatening. Therapists and academic tutors are following suit by transitioning their practices to video chat platforms, rather than relying on face-to-face encounters. These digital solutions have been used by many professionals for years, but now more consumers are participating in this innovative virtual experience.

Today, we live in a society that ranks high on the priority list. Amazons of the world have already proved that most people prefer more Internet-based communication and e-commerce over more traditional methods. With the increased risk of virtual experiences brought to us by this epidemic, this demand will likely raise consumer expectations even further and accelerate adoption. Digital Transformation is here to stay.

Just as the online world has become more relevant and necessary for the functioning of our society, digital marketing has become essential for success for businesses working within that society. It is hard to believe, but until recently some companies can get away with neglecting their online presence and digital brand. For better or worse, this crisis is a wake-up call for many businesses around the world.

With millions permanently transitioning to buying products and services online, businesses must ensure that they are digitally visible and accessible. The biggest organizational risk is not losing market share; It is becoming unclear to the point of irrelevance.

We are in the midst of a major cultural disruption, and it is changing how we act in our personal and professional lives. The lessons we learn from this experience are difficult to predict. But one thing is certain: the role technology and digital marketing in commerce, communications and healthcare are proving to be an important part of our success. And businesses that oppose digital transformation should focus on its tremendous power and efficiency. Companies embracing these changes will add the most value to their customers' lives, be in the best position to grow and perhaps make the world a better place.

Hi All,

In Today's world every body is busy with mobile and laptop or work from home. Why this is happening? Why I Joined this digital world? Today i will share an interesting story behind this:

Before we start with story let me introduce my self. I am Your friend Ashish, Like all of you I Was also working in Sales Industry. I was looking up at my Bosses, My clients and wondering as in How this people are able to manage so much Business and how are they able to generate revenue?
How hard it is to do so?  Do I require big Investments? Till the Time i was introduced to Online Business.

Once I was running a Promotion for one of
my client in Mumbai region and he told me about his target audience, what age group he is targeting and what is the ROI he is looking up for ? Since I was from advertising background I knew what he is looking for But was stuck up as I didn't had much options to give him, and above that it always varies with the cost or Budget. This use to happen every time with most of the clients. Either they have to pay huge cost for Print Ads, Radio Ads & Tv Ads, Or they have to spend on BTL activities. Both ways the Budget use to be very high.

So this was the situation I was going through including my clients also. Once one of the client told me about website marketing and he is getting good results out of it. This was the point even I started exploring the online world and was introduced to this wonderful opportunity.
As I was exploring, all the above questions were answered..

Importance of Online presence

Hi Friends,

This is my first post and am writing because I wanted to share my experience and clear why we should be present on this changing digital world specifically business.

So to tell all of you I was in same situation as you are today, so I decided to do some homework and take this seriously. As I meet many people they always use to say I am making good money and my network is growing a lot. I use to think how is it possible as they as doing same thing what I am doing and still how are they growing? Is it possible to generate more revenue through online marketing then am doing now? What will be the expenses? How much will this cost me?? and SO ON ?????
All this questions were there....

I Started to do some study.... and I Got few points which i would like to share to all:

1. We are present in one location and are always focused on the local level with limited targeted audience.
2. We do the same old ways marketing and incurred huge expenses.
3. We dont know whether we are reaching the right target audience.
4. So we dont get the expected output.
5. We are spending a lot compare to getting the revenue out of it.

Now lets see How many of you have same questions? Are in same situations?
Please comment...

Will Continue to write with few more points and then the solutions for the same....
